School Wider Opening Update

Dear Parents and Carers,

It has been a pleasure to welcome the children back into school who have been able to attend. Thank you so much for your support so far!

Following government guidelines to begin opening more widely, I am writing to explain school’s final steps that will take us to the end of the summer term.

Wider opening- new bubble

Thank you to all of you for getting back to us so promptly with your requirements; this new bubble is now fully booked. We are now not able open to any more children before September as we are full to capacity following government social distancing restrictions.

This new bubble will run in school, and will be overseen by Mr. Linsel and support staff. This bubble will run from Monday 6th until Thursday 23rd July starting at 9am and finishing at 3pm.

Dropping off and picking your child up from school

Children should arrive at school promptly for 9am and wait outside the front entrance, where the children will be collected by staff. They should then be collected promptly at 3pm from outside the front entrance.

Please remember that all children from all year groups must be brought to school with only one adult who may bring a baby, providing they are using a pram or baby carrier.

For us to abide by the guidelines, it is important that children are brought and collected at the designated time i.e. please do not arrive early or collect late.

Year One bubbles

Children attending in Year One will be remaining in the same classroom bubbles however Mrs. Fletcher will continue to oversee the two bubbles, along with the existing support staff.

Fox Club Summer holiday bookings

As the free childcare for key workers will be finishing at the end of the summer term, ALL parents may now book childcare in Fox Club in the usual way.

To support parents further we will we offering more flexible times and prices for the summer holiday period. There will be a new exciting timetable in place for children spending their days with us. New government guidelines for bubbles may mean places could be limited so please book early to avoid disappointment! (details to follow shortly)
